Client Facing Senior Producer/Project Manager
Challenge: Frasers Property required a new Sitecore upgrade from 8.1 to 9.2, including the integration of Sitecore’s CRM, a leading personalisation engine.
Part of the set pre arranged contractual agreement, which had been broken down into monthly SLA’s, was a redesign of the user interface and update to the CMS allowing the product owners and sales team to update data easily.
I was hired to manage the client relationship and project manage the deliverables, which including workshops to lock in site functionality, finalise the user journey, update the user interface following Fraser’s brand guidelines and work with our internal development team as we mentored and upskilled Frasers in-house developer team.
Working within the parameters of a set budget I had to ensure all out of scope requests from the client were duly raised , there was clarity and trust in the client understanding the out of scope features and that the additional estimates were approved prior to enhanced features being designed and / or developed.
Frasers were extending their market to Asia and also required additional micro-sites to sit within the primary platform.
This project was a relationship building exercise, ensuring the client continued their relationship with the agency, which they did.
