I formed part of the team as digital producer/PM, that led the winning international pitch to design interactive experiential installations for tourists and residents commuting between the old and new city areas of Shanghai, via the HuangPo River Tunnel. Ideas were shared and technological executions of these brainstormed with our internal and external technology partners.
I led the creative and technology team in presenting concepts with detailed timelines, costings and production methodology for the experiential environments which allowed for public engagement and coordinated a timed movement through the various precincts of the new Huangpo River Tunnel development.
This included the audio visual tunnel experience commuters had as they journeyed on the underground subway which linked the old and new areas of Shanghai.
Concepts scoped on and presented to the Chinese consortium included
• Interactive touch screens with content specific to end user – triggered by RFID wrist band technology
• Screen technology that allowed for immersive experiences
• Game technologies updated every quarter via server based pipeline ie content and interactive environments where updated remotely – systems were set up to allow for this level of remote content updates
